Heather was hands down the best nanny we have ever had. I found her after going through numerous nannies and agencies. She cared for my 2 sons, including my youngest from 4 weeks old, for 2 years until they were both in preschool. She is trustworthy, intelligent, fun, patient, dependable, caring, loving, proactive and she will care for your children like they are her own. She is a mother herself, and if asked, would provide helpful advice on things that worked for her daughters whenever I hit a speed bump in motherhood. She would make my days so much easier, helping with laundry, putting away groceries, and dishes etc. when my sons were sleeping. I would mention a problem and she would take her own time to research a solution. Most of all, she is an optimist, and always in the best mood. My sons miss her dearly, and whoever has the pleasure of hiring her will understand what an incredible blessing she was to our family.
