About Heather

Hi! I'm an experienced elementary teacher and caregiver who genuinely loves spending time with kids. I've worked with a wide range of ages and personalities, and I'm very comfortable creating a balance of structure, play, and calm. I enjoy planning simple, engaging activities -- crafts, outdoor walks, scavenger hunts, and hands-on play -- but I'm just as happy sitting with a child and following their lead. I'm patient, reliable, and easy to communicate with, and I always try to create a warm, safe environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves.
