At the age of 12, my Nana became ill with stage 4 lung cancer. I took care of her from 12 yrs old to 17 years old. I brought her to her doctor's appointments, cleaned her house top to bottom, prepared her weekly meals in advance, bathed her and other needs that she needed such as doing her hair, grocery shopping. After she passed in 2010, I stayed at the retirement home and helped out other senior citizens just like her. I love doing what I do and I am in school currently to becoming a RN nurse.
