About Heather

Hi, I am a mom of 3 children ages 4, 11, and 14. I taught preschool for 11 years in Michigan/Ohio before becoming a stay at home mom for 8 years here in NC. I have been teaching for the past 2. 5 years in the same center making it a total of 13. 5 years of experience working with 3, 4, and 5-year-olds. I have been an aunt since 9 and prior to getting my teaching degree I was a birthday party hostess at a children play place and the childcare manager for a ladies only gym. So essentially I have been caring with children for 20+ years. I would provide a safe, fun, loving and educational environment for your child/children. I would love to take the child/children to storytime, the park, museums etc if you are comfortable. I am willing to watch children in my home as well if that is of interest to you.
