My name is Heather I have countless hours of hands on experience caring for animals in our community. I have been volunteering with and fostering dogs and cats for the past six years and have two amazing rescue dogs of my own. I have experience caring for fosters in my home after surgeries such as amputations, spay/neuter, heartworm treatment etc. I am good at administering medications and have a soft spot for shy or special needs pets. I am very involved in the rescue community and feel like I have learned a lot over the years about how to handle a variety of situations that can arise when working with animals.
