Heather was amazing as she helped care for my dad who suffers from dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, and heart disease. She was extremely flexible with her available days, very accommodating, and would happily come for extra days/hours if I was in need of her urgently or unexpectedly. Heather cared for my dad as though he was her own family, she focused on his safety and always went above my expectations in his care. She was excellent in providing wound care, bathing/grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and ensuring he took his medications. Heather was a great companion for my father who struggles with dementia, and she was extremely patient as my father experienced frustration, outbursts, and at times inappropriate comments. Despite these things Heather remained professional and dedicated to caring for my dad. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for care and if I could I would hire her 10/10 times again. I am happy to be a personal recommendation for Heather should anyone be looking to hire her. Through the years I have had multiple care givers for my dad and Heather is by far the most committed, professional, and caring individual that has worked with my dad.
