About Heather

Caring for others has always been my passion. I'm currently working as a Behavioral Therapist in an autism classroom at an elementary school, where I've proudly supported students for the past 7 years. In that time, I've worked closely with children with autism, Down syndrome, and other special needs. I also bring over 15 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, as well as more than 30 years of childcare experience overall. I am CPR & First Aid certified, CPI certified, and hold both an ABA certification and an Autism certification from UC Davis. In addition to working with children, I also enjoy caring for seniors, as I believe every stage of life deserves patience, compassion, and respect. I am very caring, intuitive, dependable, and fun. I truly love what I do and have wonderful referrals from both school staff and parents who can speak to my dedication.
