About Hayli

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. For six years, I've had the pleasure of supporting families by providing a safe and engaging environment for their little ones, from infants to elementary-aged kids. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I strive to be patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I follow each family's preferred communication method to keep you informed about your child's day. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I am a patient care assistant in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. I started working at the hospital immediately after I graduated high school in 2023. I am CPR certified in baby and adult. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. I have completed some college coursework and hold current CPR Training. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's life, and give parents peace of mind, is what I find most rewarding
