About Hayley

I'd describe my personality as kind, reliable and respectful. I like working with kids because I like to watch them interact and learn everyday. I think kids see the world differently and sometimes they end up teaching us. I love helping to answer their questions and watching their faces light up when they learn or experience something new. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with a respectful environment. I started working with kids when I was about 15 and have been babysitting on and off ever since. I have babysat kids from 4 months to 9 years old. In my spare time, I like to read, enjoy the sun by the pool or beach, enjoy family time, and play with my animals. My skills include reliable, punctual, engaging and communication.
