About Hayley

I've been nannying on and off for the past 15 years, but for the last four years, I lived overseas in a very family-oriented community, where I regularly cared for friends children. I also lived with a family with two young kids for three years, so I'm very accustomed to the full rhythm of a childrens day - from meals and playtime to big feelings and bedtime routines. I also spent three months traveling with a family, helping plan their days and meals while helping care for their two daughters. I especially love working with babies, but I genuinely connect well with children of all ages. I love encouraging kids in who they are, pulling out the gold in them, and giving them space to explore, learn and grow. I believe childhood is such an important time to feel safe, nurtured, and built up, and its a privilege to be a part of that. For me, following your lead on all house rules and prioritzing good communication is a necessity. I'm also CPR and lifeguard trained.
