About Hayley

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, patient, and bubbly! I started working with kids when I was in my teens. After my mother passed, I was taken in by my first cousins and they had a plethora of grandchildren and nieces/nephews that came home everyday after school, and spent the weekends with us. One thing you should know about me is that I suffer from OCD. You are more than welcome to inquire about the specifics if you are unsure or have questions. I'm an open book and I want you to feel confident in my ability to babysit/nanny. My skills include patience and compassion. I am a very good listener and answer any questions they may have in a way that they'll understand. Getting on their level and allowing them a chance to express their feelings is important, while giving them ways to process these feelings.
