About Hayley

Hi there! My name is Hayley & I'm a full time CMS elementary school teacher with 7 years of experience teaching & working with kids of diverse ages & backgrounds. I'm looking to pick up some childcare and/or tutoring jobs to both supplement my salary & use my skills as an educator to help local families recover lost learning that may have occurred over the last two years, OR simply give grownups a break from the kiddos on date night. I currently teach 5th grade Science & Social Studies, but have previously taught all subjects with an emphasis on upper elementary remedial phonics, reading comprehension, & writing skills. I'm currently pursuing my ESL certification & have basic skills in Spanish speaking & writing. I have been vaccinated & boosted against Covid-19 since last year & will be happy to provide in-home care and/or tutoring that your kiddo needs to supplement the instruction they're receiving at school. I am available most weeknights after 5 p.m. & day or night most weekends.
