About Hayley

Hayley is an absolute dream come true for our family. She cared for our baby (10 months) in our home and was an absolute delight. Hayley is very kind, and attentive to all of Ruby's needs. She plays all day with her, taking her to the park, reading, laughing. Hayley taught her how to drink out of a straw, and has worked with her on colors and the alphabet. She limited TV time and even then, was interactive with Ruby. Hayley left a long note each day with everything they did, how Ruby behaved and the time of her naps and meals. Hayley was always early to her shift, which is a small thing, but made the start of my day that much better! I always could count on her being there and me having time to shower, do my makeup, have a nice morning before I started work all day! Beyond caring for our daughter, Hayley cared for our home. When my husband and I were home/finished work, the house was cleaned up, organized and kitchen was clean. She was always happy to take on a extra organization or clean up project if time permitted as well. I would text Hayley during the day to see if things were going ok, or if they needed anything and she was always quick to get back to me and send a picture of our daughter, always with a huge smile on her face. Hayley is a very responsible care taker. She picked up on what was best for Ruby (too hot for a walk, sunscreen on, calm play, bottle, naps). She is a very dedicated worker and you will see, a perfectionist as well. Hayley is a sweet, smart, creative soul and a delight to work with!
