Hi! My names Hayley and im 23 years old. I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with 5 years of experience working with children. I currently work as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), supporting children's individual needs, encouraging positive behaviors, and helping them develop important life skills. I'm pursuing my bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I also have 2 years of experience working in a daycare and preschool with children of various ages. I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where every child feels comfortable and cared for.
