About Hayley

Hi, my name is Hayley and I am 20! I am currently in college studying communications in hopes to become a speech pathologist. I have worked with children since I was 14 when I got my job at the YMCA summer camp. I have also babysat for many families, ranging from watching 1-5 kids at a time. Working with children has been my dream job for as long as I remember. I love being able to help children and teach them how to be independent with certain task and let them express themselves. When it comes to a person with a disability, I go by a motto which is, "person first language." Meaning I focus on the person, not the disability. I also have many family members who have disabilities ranging from hyperactive ADHD, autism, and microcephaly. So I do have experience working with people who struggle with a disability. I look forward to meeting your families and getting to help your children grow along with giving you parents some help!
