I spoke to Hayley here on the App and we had set up a phone interview for the following day. When I called at the time we discussed, it went to voicemail. I left a message and never received a response. I also messaged her through the App afterwards and never got a response back. I would not consider her as a caregiver as it seems she is not serious about caring for children and had an issue with communication. Major red flag!
