Hi, I'm Hayley, and I'm hoping to be your parking spot. I'm a dependable caregiver with eight+ years of childcare experience. What drives me most is creating an environment where kids feel heard, & free to just be themselves - while closely following each family's routines and preferences. I love keeping children engaged through arts and crafts, games, & outdoor activities, always adapting to each child's age, personality, and interests. I'm comfortable with up to five children across a variety of age groups and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I'm also finishing my psychology degree next year, which has deepened my understanding of child development and strengthened my communication, patience, and problem-solving.
