Hi, I'm Hayley, I'm a caring & dependable caregiver with eight+ years of childcare experience. I love creating an environment where kids feel seen, heard, & free to just be themselves, while closely following each family's routines and preferences. I love keeping children engaged through arts and crafts, games, & outdoor activities (adapting activities based on each child's age, personality, and interests). I'm comfortable watching children across a variety of age groups and hold current CPR & First Aid certifications. I'm also a Student finishing my psychology degree next year, which has deepened my understanding of child development and strengthened my communication, patience, and problem-solving.
