Hayden has been with our family for a little over a month, caring for our 15 month old daughter. She quickly learned our daughter’s routines and has been incredibly nurturing, attentive, and playful with her. We had several nannies before finding Hayden, and our daughter adapted to and bonded with Hayden faster than anyone else we tried. It was clear from the beginning that she felt comfortable and happy with her. In addition to providing excellent care, Hayden has been a tremendous help around the house. She folds the kids’ laundry, clears and tidies the breakfast table, unloads and puts away dishes, and is always asking if there is anything else she can help with. Her willingness to go above and beyond has made a big difference for our family. Our oldest child recently had a day off from school, and Hayden kindly accommodated our schedule and cared for both children. Our oldest took to her immediately and absolutely loved her. In fact, he refused to let us put him down for his nap and specifically requested that Hayden do it instead, which speaks to how quickly she earned his trust and affection. Hayden also makes sure our daughter gets plenty of time outdoors. She regularly takes her on walks and to the park, and she has never hesitated to take her to a park that is a bit farther from our home if it means a more enjoyable outing. We have been very happy with Hayden and appreciate the care, initiative, and positive energy she brings to our family every day. We would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, dependable, and proactive nanny.
