About Hayden

Hayden has experience in a range of different childcare environments; from acting as a teacher's aide at a daycare for children 6wks-5years, and having regular babysitting gigs for parent's date nights. Hayden is very good at anticipating children's needs, and providing them with that sometimes even before they've vocalized their request. He's great at understanding different children's personalities! Since living with Hayden, I've watched him spend a great amount of time with his godson ever since he came home from the hospital. I can say O. has never cried at our place because Hayden is on top of his needs, and gets him food/to sleep before he even realizes he needs it. Overall, any parents would be lucky to have Hayden watch their kids!
