Hi! My name is Havva, I am 32 years old and from Turkey. Ever since I can remember I have been very passionate about child care. I have helped my mom for my younger sibling, I took care of my younger cousins and I volunteered at elementary school while I was studying at University. I have been in the state since 2018 and have helped various families. I have experience 0-2 years old and 3-7 years old age group. I am a huge believer of every child is unique and needs unique communication. Understanding child's social and emotional needs is must. I am skilled on diaper changed, bottle feeding, creating a healthy and safe environment for nap time and play time. I am also comfortable helping transition of solid food and can perform baby led weaning I like to take kids outside on daily basis to playgrounds and parks. Havva has been an amazing presence in our lives! She's been with us for a year, caring for our son (now 23 months) M-Th. We feel like Havva loves our son as her own, and their relationship is so special. Our son loves to be outside, and she takes him out every day, even in the rain and snow. Havva is patient and understanding with him. She meets him exactly where he is, while calmly and firmly holding boundaries when needed. Havva gives us regular updates, and as our son has gone through new phases, she's been proactive about making sure we're all aligned in our approach. Havva is genuinely interested in child development and stays up-to-date on current research and trends. She is reliable and punctual. When we've needed her to shift her hours or stay late, she's done so without hesitation. All of our family and friends who have met Havva comment on how sweet and fun she is. We wish we could keep Havva with us forever, and we are going to miss her dearly!
