About Haruka

I have strong childcare experience through my work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and as a daycare provider. In these roles, I supported children of various ages with daily care, learning activities, and behavioral development in both structured and play-based environments. As an RBT, I worked closely with children with developmental and behavioral needs, implementing behavior plans, encouraging positive social skills, and providing individualized support with patience and compassion. My daycare experience strengthened my ability to manage groups of children, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, assist with routines such as meals and hygiene, and promote emotional, social, and developmental growth.
