As a caregiver with four years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and well-being. I've babysat for multiple families, as well as working at other customer service jobs. I possess a patient and calm demeanor, which allows me to handle challenging situations with composure. I also have a care and can provide transportation. My approach to communication with parents involves actively listening to their concerns and preferences. I provide regular updates about their child's day and promptly address any issues that arise, ensuring transparency and building trust. Regarding household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and aligning my approach with their expectations. This ensures consistency for the child and maintains a stable environment. Currently I am a psych major at sbcc, I have a passion for developmental psych and love working with kids!
