About Harriet

Hi all. My name is Harriet and I live in Holly Springs - New York- New Jersey transplant of 41/2 years now. I am the proud mom of 30year-old boy/ girl twins, and going on my 4th grandchild in June! I have been in the childcare industry for the past 8 years. I have experience with all ages, 4 and up. My last position (3 years) was working with a 6-year-old girl and her 11 and 13-year-old brothers. Have experience with multiples and special needs as well. I have seen a lot in my years of working with kids - Allergic attacks, dog dying, broken toe, sibling rivalry, bullying, tornadoes, blackouts, etc. I pride myself with having the ability to cope with "anything" in a calm and knowledgeable manner. I love dogs, but am allergic to cats. I am looking for a PT position with another "forever family". I do have a position as a house manager/ personal chef for a family in Apex from 3-7 p.m. on weekdays, but I am looking to fill in some hours earlier in the days , weekends and date nights!
