About Harper

I'm the oldest of 6 kids in my family, and I grew up babysitting my siblings until I went to college when my oldest brother was 17 and my youngest sister was 7- so I have experience with all age groups. I also babysat for families in my church, all ages but mainly 0-7 years old. For a while, I did childcare for a women's small group, and took care of 7-10 kids at a time for 2 hours a week. Other experience I have with kids!! I ran a class of preschoolers at my church during middle school, moving up to lead 2nd-5th grade in high school. I've also done summer camps! This summer I worked at a camp for 2nd-6th graders, leading dances, games, crafts and all sorts of fun activities. SPECIAL NEEDS: From 10th-12th grade, I took a class where I did gym with special ed kids between 14-22 years old. We were never told any details, so I don't know what disabilities specifically I've worked with, but it was a wide variety and I can very easily work with kids that have different abilities.
