About Hanne

Hi, I'm Hanne! I grew up babysitting in my neighborhood, including for families with infants. After receiving a psychology B. A. and taking child development courses, I first worked as an elementary SpEd teacher assistant before transitioning to inpatient psychiatry as a behavioral health tech. Through working in education and healthcare I have maintained a Basic Life Support certification for 5 years and recently completed an EMT-B course. My favorite part of teaching was building relationships with children and seeing the world through their eyes. I miss this in my current job and am hoping to rediscover this joy as a nanny. I'm able to commit to a position for 6 months-1 year and would love to work with a family that needs an infant or toddler caregiver 30-40 hours/week. Following COVID guidelines (masks, vaccinating, and social distancing per CDC recommendations) is very important to me.
