I've grown up as the oldest of 22 cousins so with that I've gained tons of experience with kids of all ages. I genuinely enjoy working with kids and hope to one day open my own daycare. I believe understanding how each parent is different is one of the most important pieces of helping out with the kids. Yes all kids are different but that stems from different parenting as well, with each job a nanny needs to be able to adapt to different parenting styles and I take pride in my ability to do so.
