About Hannah

My over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse has fueled my passion for supporting the independence and well-being of seniors. My clinical background includes burn care, post-surgical care, cardiac care, transplant patients, wound care, medication administration, and caring for a vast and varied patient population in the acute clinical setting. I am comfortable working with patients with Alzheimer's and dementia as well as patients with more complex medical needs. I will come prepared to work diligently, efficiently and with empathy and compassion. I also check vital signs each visit (if requested) and will be available via phone for any emergencies even when I am not there on a visit. Please feel free to ask me any and all questions.
