About Hannah

Hi! I'm Hannah. I've been working with kids for nearly 10 years- starting with my four younger siblings, moving to babysitting, and then to nannying. My favorite ages that I've worked with are infants/toddlers and the 9-13 range but I love ALL kids! I am very passionate about the outdoors, and spent all of this past summer taking pre-teens and teens backpacking in the high alpines- sharing that love I have for Mama Earth. As a product of that passion, I am not huge on using screens with kids. I would much rather go on a walk, study plants/insects, and learn all about the world around us! I think that the earth is the greatest teacher a child can have. I also love teaching children about art and music! Whether it be paint, clay, beads, instruments, or simply having a dance party, our minds (and especially newer minds!) learn so much about everyday life through creation and movement. I have extensive CPR/AED and First Aid training, as well as a Wilderness First Aid certificate.
