Hello! My name is Hannah, and I am a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience caring for older adults in hospitals and long-term care settings. I am passionate about helping seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life while providing compassionate and dependable care. My experience includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, mobility assistance, fall prevention, companionship, meal preparation, and monitoring for changes in health and well-being.
