I've always loved caring for children; I'm not at the point in my life to have my own yet but that is a future goal of mine. I've been casually babysitting since 11 years old, and after I turned 18 I made a career out of it. In my years of informal and formal sitting, I've had experience with all ages and many disabilities such as autism, ODD, ADHD, physical conditions, etc.. I currently work mornings at Hillview Middle School as a Special Education Instructional Aide, and some days I transfer over to the elementary school so I have specialized training in both.
