December 1, 2014 To Whom It May Concern: It is with the utmost pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Hannah. Hannah was a member of our summer camp staff. I had the opportunity to see her daily interact with campers while making sure they were having fun and the most amazing camp experience. Hannah's love of camp is extremely visible through her patient and caring nature, her knowledge on how to comfort upset campers, ability to think on her feet and get all campers involved in the camp activity. Hannah served as one of our Senior Counselors responsible with another counselor for a group of 15-20 campers. Hannah was a joy to work with and was very eager to help out in all aspects of camp. In a camp as large as ours with 900 campers and over 200 staff daily Hannah was often asked to go above and beyond the 150% that she was already giving. Some of her attributes that I found to be valuable were her compassion, reliability and initiative that she displayed when it came to help out the other camp staff. She always assisted when she was asked, and took initiative when not asked. She also displayed a sense of caring and sound judgment that I feel would make her an asset to any camp setting. Based on my experience with Hannah, I would recommend her for any position or task without reservation for your organization.
