This provider accepted a job and then no-showed because apparently her mom didn't like that the job was at a hotel. My partner and I traveled 6 hours to see a show at Williamstown Theater Festival, and because of this unprofessional provider, we did not get to see our show. This was completely unacceptable. I thought I was doing business with an adult, but apparently her mom can just decide that she will not be showing up. She also stopped responding to messages completely after requesting I speak with her mother and then not actually connecting us, so I wasn't surprised when she didn't show up. I don't think she realizes that I was already charged, she acted like confirming was optional after already being hired. Immature and unprofessional. Do not bother with this girl.
