Hello! I'm Hannah, a certified first-grade teacher, eager to offer after-school tutoring for Preschool-3rd Grade students. Armed with a K-6 General and Special Education degree from Pittsburg State University (May 2023), I specialize in supporting students with Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD. My expertise stems from my time at the Center for Reading on campus, where I honed reading interventions for Dyslexia and ADHD. I've successfully tutored K-5 students, propelling them to 'on-level' reading status. As a nanny, I cared for two children with disabilities, assisting with kindergarten and first-grade homework, including summer reading skill enhancement. Hannah was excellent with both my boys who have special needs. One of my children has severe behaviors and she was very calm, consistent, and kind with him. She was always able to see his need behind the behavior and get that met while maintaining good boundaries and expectations for him.
