Hannah has been watching my 3 year old for about a year now. I had just had a baby when we hired her and she really helped him cope with everything going on. He adores her. She was energetic and played superheroes with him. She is punctual and great at staying in communication with me. She dog-sits for us when we go on vacation. She is extremely trustworthy and dependable. She is no longer with us because of scheduling and my toddler starting school. We still use her for dog sitting and if her and our schedule were to allow, we would hire her again for nannying in a heartbeat! We joke that she's like a very caring older sister to our son, but it's true! We think of her as family.
