About Hannah

Hello! In addition to 8 years of experience in babysitting and childcare, I will be certified in preK-4 education this May after graduating from Grove City College in PA. Over the last 4 years, in addition to full-time student teaching, I have spent over 220 hours in a variety of classrooms, teaching all subjects and elementary grades. My passion lies in meeting children where they are and using developmentally-appropriate, individualized strategies to support them as they explore their world! I'm an advocate for the importance of play and that learning should be fun. I love to incorporate music, outdoor play, arts, crafts, reading, and math games throughout daily activities. For kids- every day is an exciting new adventure! When working with children I show genuine gentleness, care, and a willingness to be silly and have fun! I'm primarily looking for summer child-care or tutoring opportunities before school starts. I'd love to help tackle those summer packets!
