Hanna is a very nice, compassionate, seemed responsible person, we were very excited to get her going, she was a great fit for our needs. It seems that she has a lot going on, we were flexible for a month waiting for her to fully start supporting our family. She called out sick and then we never heard from her again. Sent a few text but she coasted us, just disappeared. I hope she is ok.
