About Hannah

Hello! My name is Hannah. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) originally from Santa Barbara, and I'm currently in nursing school working toward my RN. I have 5+ years of hands-on caregiving experience, including private home health, assisted living, and memory care. I have experience providing one-on-one care, as well as caring for up to 15 residents during 12-hour shifts. My duties included assisting residents with dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, repositioning, transportation to appointments and shopping, and providing comfort and companionship. I worked closely with nursing staff to monitor and provide updates on the residents health and care plan. I take pride in being compassionate, patient, dependable, and attentive to changes in a client's condition or behavior.
