It is with discomfort that I write this review for Hannah however, it is more important that parents are aware of caregivers who lack the skills to properly care for young children. Hannah has a lot more to learn about life, caring for children, understanding boundaries, and respecting the wishes/values of families. When I hired Hannah, I found her to be kind and someone eager to work. After hiring her, I believe that she became too comfortable in my home and started slacking on responsibilities including changing my son regularly (sometimes only changing him once or twice in her day), following our schedule, and being kind to my 11 y/o daughter. I witnessed Hannah moody on several occasions and the biggest issue in my home was her engagement in inappropriate conversations with my 11y/o. I wish I had time to train Hannah as she has potential to improve however, I do not have the time . She could benefit from training in this area if she is open to learning.
