I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, and my previous care roles have only strengthened this desire. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care, and my personality is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion with care, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate regularly with families via text or phone, always following their preferred method.
