About Hallie

I'd describe my personality as Organized, Creative, and Caring I like working with kids because I enjoy feeding their creativity. Children give joy that is hard to find anywhere else. I'm looking for a job that will challenge me to grow and apply my strengths. I want to do something that matters. I started working with kids 10 years ago. I was the child of an elementary school teacher. I volunteered to help both her and her coworkers frequently. I continued to expand on this interest as I got older and babysat for family and eventually my community. In my spare time, I like to Care for our pets, draw, paint, crochet, and play dungeons and dragons. One thing you should know about me is I put everything into my work and push myself to do more than what is required. My skills include Listening, Multitasking, and Teaching
