About Hallie

Hello families! I am looking for my next fulltime position to begin in September. I am 29 years old with 7. 5 years fulltime nannying experience. I take a gentle approach to nannying. I model behavior I hope to see in the kiddos I care for and help them learn to put words to their big feelings. I believe secure healthy attachments with the adults in a child's life is very important. I am also huge on getting kiddos outside everyday rain or shine(age dependent). I love to sing, dance, read, go on adventures and do crafts with my nanny kids. I use baby sign with my younger charges and am currently trying to learn beginner Spanish myself and have been practicing with my current kiddos. I am CPR and first aid certified. I have a pristine driving record and have many glowing professional references. I have almost exclusively worked in nanny shares so I am very comfortable with multiples and am great at multitasking.
