Hallie is kind, energetic, and a fast learner. She can keep up with our children, one of whom is a teen with autism. She understands behavior issues and asks about expectations. She wants to take good care of the kids and make our family life run smoothly when she is on the job. She has been working with our family for more than 6 months, and we schedule her at least once/month for 5 hours at a time. Scheduling Hallie is easy. She has good communications skills and keeps an organized schedule. She has never called off.
