About Halli

Hi! I'm Halli. I have over 10 years of childcare experience and worked full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I've been providing one-on-one therapy for children with autism since February. This work has strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to meet every child where they are. I have experience supporting communication, behavior management, emotional regulation, play skills, daily routines, and creating a fun, structured environment where children can thrive. I'm the oldest of four siblings, so caring for children has always been a big part of my life. I genuinely enjoy engaging with kids through games, crafts, outdoor activities, reading, potty training, and imaginative play while also maintaining clear expectations and prioritizing safety. I strive to provide parents with peace of mind while making sure their kids feel safe, supported, and have fun.
