Halley worked for me for about 9 months. My son loves her, she is great with him. She is great following my schedule for him. She feeds him breakfast, snack after 2 hours, lunch at noon, nap time after lunch, snack after nap time. She takes him outside because my sons loves the outdoor. She reads him lots of books, and she plays with him with his favorite games (CARS). She enjoys being with him. So all in all I would rate her as very good.
