We spoke with Halle and were looking forward to her babysitting our son a couple days a week. We had discussed the time and had a great conversation. I followed up with a message to her before her start date, but Halle unfortunately never showed. We understand things happen in life and we get busy, but we would have greatly appreciated a text message or phone call and would've understood if the position was no longer going to work.
