About Hali

I'd describe my personality as energetic, caring, and humble. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping shape their future and watching their personalities blossom as they get older. I've always had an instinct to care for and protect them. I'm looking for a job that keeps me on my toes and where I can help positively impact a child's life. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. I was adopted into a big family and became the oldest. I would help care for the younger kids at home and church. I eventually babysat for our neighbors and friends for a bit of extra money. I have been helping friends and family ever since. In my spare time I like to read, listen to music, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I like to make responsibilities fun while maintaining consistency. My skills include compassion, noting important things that happen through the day, and adhering to guidelines and schedules parents request.
