Hi! My name is Halie. I'm 27 years old, from Buffalo NY, & I've been working in healthcare for 10 years. For the last decade, I've been privileged to assist adults and seniors with home health, mobility, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also provide hospice and dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle behavioral changes with patience. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Creating a comfortable environment, respecting independence, and ensuring dignity are important to me. With my car and comfort around pets, I'm ready to provide reliable care.
