I also have experience with special needs children as I use to work for Los Angeles Unified School District as a Special Education Paraprofessional for 6 years and I was a Behavioral Technician, implementing ABA therapy to children with Autism for 1 1/2 years. My two babies (2 1/2 and 1) had never had a babysitter before and I was nervous about how it would go. But when Halie arrived, I was instantly put at ease. She is very calm and kind and my toddler immediately felt comfortable around her. So comfortable that even the goodbyes went smoothly! When we got home, both babies were happy and Halie helped them tidy the family room. It was a perfect first experience with a babysitter for me as a mom, the babies loved her, and I will absolutely hire her again!
