Halie has been our full-time nanny for over a year, starting when our daughter was just 3 months old. She has been a reliable and trusted member of our family team throughout that time. On the professional side, Halie is punctual and communicative. She is very present and engaged with our daughter. She is always respectful of our wishes and our daughter's schedule, but we also really valued her input and experience when troubleshooting challenges or thinking about how to improve routines. Halie has been flexible with our arrangements and helped us navigate many transitions, like starting solids and changing nap schedules, always thoughtfully and professionally. Beyond the logistics, Halie has a great bond with our daughter—they’ve become the best of friends. Halie is also a talented musician and our daughter loves when she sings or plays music to her.
