About Hali

Hello! My name is Hali. I am a patient, creative, open-minded, and a friendly individual. Compassion and empathy are at the heart of my caregiving philosophy, and I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where kiddos can thrive. I've dedicated 12 years to childcare, starting in my teenage years. Growing up, I cared for my 10 siblings, including my older sister with a brain injury. I am passionate about making healthy baby meals and snacks and incorporating arts and crafts and brain-building activities like puzzles, painting, nature walks, sensory play, and reading books. I also use sensory strategies to calm their nervous systems when upset. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide clear updates on daily activities, developmental milestones, and any health or behavioral observations.
